Nasir Jones’s record label Mass Appeal releases the brand new hip-hop record by Fresno rapper Fashawn titled The Ecology.

For his last effort the California emcee recruites artists like BJ The Chicago Kid,Dom Kennedy and counts on the support of dope producers like The Alchemist and Exile (partner in crime for the project Boy Meets World).

The Ecology represents a rare jewel in todays music world of the hip hop drought, the beats are finely crafted by skilful producers and the lyrics sounds majestic.

We selected the stunning joint titled Something To Believe In with one of the most hot voice of the black music scene Aloe Blacc and the street-poet Nas who kills the beat produced by grammy winning Khalil Abdul-Rahman aka DJ Khalil (the genius behind success for Raekwon,G-Unit,Cypress Hill,Jay-Z,Talib Kweli,The Game and the list goes on & on).
