(Lo mio son las pesas, esto me tiene fucked up) Week number 4 of the #fasterfitterstronger challenge, I must say that I'm very disappointed at myself cause I know that I could've done better, I can be faster and stronger but I wasn't today... anyways, I'm doing everything fast cause I had to do 4 exercises in under 1,2,3,4,5 minutes, as many rounds as I could.... 80 jump rope 20 o/h lounges 15 kb swings 20 h/r pushups...
