Fast Challenge
Well for anyone who does follow me or read my blog at all, I'm a little fucked up when it comes to food, I'm not diagnosed and don't plan to be but anyway my thoughts have driven into a corner and so I'm starting a fast challenge for myself. Not so much a challenge more like a fast record I guess. Anyway I'm going to start a fast and keep going until I can't. I plan to keep track of my thoughts, emotions, triggers, urges, weight loss, and anything else I think needs be. I know sounds dumb and hard but I'm excited and it needs to be done. Anyway so since my eating habits are already very low I'm just going cold turkey and starting now. Today I haven't eaten so that's perfect, anyway so hour one begins now at 5:30 (I'm not counting earlier because I drank two cans of soda). So for myself and those who don't follow me these will be the following tags I'll be using below. So yea wish me luck !
