Yesterday, Fat Sands filmed an interview with Bert Williams MBE in the Red Drawing Room of the Royal Pavilion. Bert, of Brighton and Hove Black History, was discussing Brighton's First World War Indian hospitals, and the legacy of colonial troops that can be found elsewhere in Sussex.
Extracts from the interview will be used for a Visit Brighton film promoting events and exhibitions in Brighton & Hove marking the centenary of the outbreak of the war.
