Another high scoring day. I am going to the grocery store tomorrow to get all of my affairs in order so that I can be as productive and successful as possible this coming week.

Went way over and haven't exercised in 5 days. I need to fix that kinda quickly.

I was not as active as I wanted to be today. Got some stuff done around the house, chores. Despite that I did get a solid workout in and will have another tomorrow. Looking forward to conquering another day.

Another day with a good calorie deficit. I need to get back to my nightly walks but between very very early mornings and a lack of sleep I haven't had the energy to do it at the end of my day. I will start again however tomorrow.
