Sal's Selkie Ron Fryman AU starts to get 50 Shades uhm stronger?
Sal runs Many tumblrs he’s the other Ronaldo Fryman (Steven Universe)fan of the tumblr-sphere as to @mambocat with the blog @thelonefryman along with @brokenbough (original scifi detective romantic furry tale) his main @kithandqin and the newest linked above
This artist has just started up doing this blog about a tale of two leads Steven Universe fans (of the longest running human characters) will find familiar but different. New names and additional personal character traits and home life for change for fun and more in line with Sal’s interpretations of sexuality and motivation.
Though Sal has started to derive further away from the source for more freedom. TBF mentioned these were similar but distinct concepts but I think diving to previous remarks will give us some idea what this offers.
Basically we have character designs and sheets for four individuals with hints of a mystery and romance. Now its about the execution.
These guys have more comprehensive character writerups. So far Connie (I only recently figured out how thatname play worked) is a Selkie with similar traits though likely less.. ahem damaged. Kai (Lars is he was a surfer..and hot) is a mershark (I thought all sharks were of the sea ::pressed smille::) noted as having unusual racial features leading to him having complex and attitude.
It seems Peedee is getting a Gender Swap but also a Selkie
Connie will have a stepmother, wickedness and appearance indeterminate for now but as for his Daddy

Everything is still being refined even the names and situation seems up for change or new reveals BUT some pre-existing work playing with Ronaldo and sea or transformation imagery is a thing.and might give us a hint what is instore

This most elaborate piece got Sal some mod-ish attention but no worse than a Sailor Moon tranformation, my opinion (but might be NSFW)
Finally gives us a feel for some of where Sal comes from with the character and where likely goes with the mysterious and longign and other imagery
