Getting dressed is hard when your belly is a beach ball, but I love noticing things like my belly resting on my foot attempting to put on socks.
So it's weigh in day. One week of heavy cream fruit smoothies. Now i wasn't stuffing myself, just eating normally and adding these smoothies every night. Except last night (July 4th) I started at 335 lb and well the Pic shows the results...........
