In a Hurry?
A reliable source has come forth with information since our last printing that baby-watch candidate Layla Dylane is married, despite our digging through Ministry archives that prove nothing of the sort. This begs the question if Lady Dylane herself started the rumor in hopes to ward off the talk of her budding bastard.
At Last?
Someone reports notably below-the-radar and apparently famous Soprano, Lady Marcy Leoni has finally been spotted in the company of a man. The same source claims that her apparent lover is none other than the wealthy heir of the House of Pierce-- whoever that is. Will she finally score that diamond? Or will it be another failed betrothal.
Shame or Sham?
House of Merula del Bosque is well known in it's influence of Noble fashions around the world, but your faithful Tattler has learned recently that resident nut and allegedly talented seamstress, the Houses' own daughter has gone missing. Is this an attempt to get the family's business back on the radar with scandal? Or many they've finally locked her away for real.
Jealousy’s Cruel Sting?
No stranger to bad publicity, we've heard recently that Layla Salis had to recieve emergency medical attention after a visit from her ex-husband, whom is none other than Lord Fabrizio Bellasario. Our source speculates perhaps he tried to kill her.
Dear Tattler...
Dear Tattler,
Do you have any advice for how to ask a guy on a date? I’ve known someone for awhile, as they are my friend’s older brother, but our relationship has never been closer than that.
Signed,
Hopeful For More
Dear Hopeful,
Put on some lipstick, buy yourself a nice bra from Gloria's Secret, and go for it. How is he ever going to know you like him if you'd don't show it? Nothing has more power than body language and girl... there is no time like the present to make your body talk. Trust me, you won't have do any asking, he'll come to you.
XOXO,
The Tattler
Fauste Watch 1332
The saga that has been 'Fauste Watch' continues as we baby sit the developing romance drama itself between Doctor Cesare Fauste, Miss Cosette Hale, Lady Melitta Thalassa, and apparently, the Vice Legate herself.
A recent letter, pictured below boasts that maybe Lady Thalassa has given up on Doctor Fauste, while Cosette Hale seems to be stumbling through it herself. Recent reports find that perhaps the Magistrate turned Secretary is unhinging. One claimant swears she saw Miss Hale throw a tantrum in the middle of the city when the Doctor wouldn't give her the attention she deserved. Another boasts that the Secretary has made enemies with the East Commons barkeep and mother of her boss's own bastard recently reported to be the Doctor's pro bono case.
No further reports on his interest in the Vice Legate have been made, and there has been little more to go on besides the aforementioned reports concerning the other two beyond Miss Hale’s continued public bleats that the Doctor has been far too busy to appear in public with her, though she claims he always does.
We are ever dedicated to the Watch and will keep you updated as we know more... but we are starting wonder if it's all coming to an end shortly. Stay tuned for next week's magazine where we interview Doctor Fauste on just that!
The letter:
My Mistress, Lady Thalassa is welcoming suitors to engage in recreational activites, and conversation. She is tall and athletic, and recently divorced. She has a sharp wit and a penchant for fine wines. Any suitor that has a love of sailing, antiquities or enjoys activities by the water would be welcomed. Discretion is preferable. The Lady does not know I am doing this.
