Well summer livin wasn’t what I expected it to be even though I put no expectation on anything. Surprised? Yes. Prepared? Not all the way, but I’m maintaining. I didn’t think certain truths would come out and certain chapters would close. I’m actually in a shifty time period in my life. I miss certain areas in it, but life goes on. I know I’m preparing for something more. I just can’t wait until my lil world is settled down and things will go smoothly. I’m also getting all these signs that’s good and questionable. Insightful intuition or irrational overthinking.
April 24 & 25th🌼 I’m definitely in a different head space than where I was last year. This time last year I dealt with toxic friendships that kept me away from my own peace of mind. I wasn’t sticking up for myself the way that I should have. I really had no clear mark of where I was going and what I was doing. Now, I’ve come to cool conclusions of what I want for myself as an individual and I feel like I can do whatever I put my heart to. I’m starting to realize exactly what I want. It’s not perfect in others eyes, but it’s very becoming to me. I’m really starting to feel I’m living for me. —— My last ceramics class is tmrw (26th) and I’m happy to finally be over that class. I’m ready to add it onto the list of completed/been there done that things. I did learn a good amount even though it wasn’t my favorite artistic class, butttttt I have cool pieces that will look nice in my cabinet once I get my own place. I also served chill looks on a lil breezy type of day. Lastly my morning is poppin. Y’all see that breakfast?
I cut my faux locs short when I really meant to take them out.
