Happy Healthy Holidays
still catching up lol Day 31: fave body part do I have to choose? haha I'm starting to like my body lately! umm I'd have to say my butt, even though a little more muscle would be nice :) annnd my back is starting to look really nice so that too! Day 32: positivity trying to stay positive all the time! I've been making a point to really try and engage in whatever is going on in the present and just enjoy it, whatever it is at moment. I'm also learning to just roll with the punches and remember that one set back doesn't mean failure or that my world is going to end; that's been really key is me staying positive!
Happy Healthy Holidays Day 31: #favebodypart
My favorite body part is my legs. I've made so much progress on them. I love them!❤❤
Well, it's December 1st guys! Let's start with my #favebodypart. It's definitely a tie between my waist and my butt. But for the young virgin eyes out there, I'll just share a picture of my waist. 125 pounds ago, I didn't really have one. And I've loved watching it shrink and shape over the last year and a half. Which brings me to my exciting news! I am 75 kg today, or 165.35 pounds, which I am accepting as 165! That means I've lost a total 125 pounds, and 3 pounds in the month of November!! I never in my life thought I'd weigh 165 pounds. It was some little pipe dream or something. I was destined to be over 200 forever, and here I am safely in 'onederland' by 35 pounds! My mileage total for this month was lower, 42.84 miles (average 1.43/day) which makes my 2014 total 918.79. I really wanted to do 1000 miles for 2014 but with my knee injury I don't see it happening. There was a time where I would've pushed myself, but now I know better. I could include cycling mileage but I feel like that's cheating? What do you guys think. So far I've excluded cycle mileage but it's going to be the only kind of cardio I can do for a while. Here's to sticking to #happyhealthyholidays for the next month :)
