Dosage 1 update: I don’t know if it’s normal but typically everyone feels symptoms with the 2nd dose.... it hasn’t even been 24 hours and I already have chills and body aches

My post-covid lungs made me take more breaks than I like, but it felt SO good to get back in the pool. (There’s a good chance I was smiling underwater). 🏊🏼‍♀️ I’m back to lifting 4 days a week, HIIT, and endurance training twice a week. I am paying close attention to how I feel, so I’m not ruining any progress made. I quickly learned to pace myself, or my chest would get tight again. My lungs are almost 100% back, and I feel good! 💪🏽
