(/he bit his lower lip and flinched, eyebrows furrowing and shoulders raising. Surely enough his body began to ache at the sight of the other's hand) Ouch! (/he watched closely with full interest as the wound began to close) Daebak! (/he grinned) The Empathy Effect is what a named my reaction to a wound (/chuckles) For some reason every time I see someone wounded and in pain it hurts my body, depending on how bad the wound is. I really don't know why it happens (/pouts and shrugs a bit)

-she furrowed her brow at the explanation about that particular aspect of his mutation-  How would you be able to fight?  Like if you hit someone and hurt them, wouldn't you feel it too?  -she continued to wipe up the blood that had spilled from her demonstration, there was a bit more that she had anticipated-

(/follows her with his eyes as she reaches for the pencil already able to predict what was going to happen next) I'm not.. although it might send the empathy effect to my body if you stab yourself (/he chuckled. It was probably mental but every time he saw someone hurt, his skin immediately began to ache. It's very weird but it happens) I'm still curious so go ahead with the act (/he was eager to see what she was about to do)

Empathy effect? Look, I don't know what that is, but anyway.  -she grits her teeth and does exactly what he thought, setting her fingers on the edge of the nearby desk, she slams the pencil down and though the back of her hand out through the front, wincing a bit as it still certainly hurt-  Here... -she holds up her hand, the hole quite visible, and through it, the tissue and muscle and tendons start growing back, until the only visible evidence there ever was any damage there is the blood still on her hand from the initial injury-  And there we go.  -she grabs a few tissues, cleaning it up after-  I still feel the pain, but it all comes back.

(/he laughs a bit) I guess soo. Maybe I'm just a special case? (/he snaps his fingers to spark a flame. He shaped the flame the size of a baseball in his hand, the color of it being blue) See? When I turn into a Phoenix I'm completely covered in blue flames, hence the name Blue Phoenix (/grins) Oh cool! Can you heal other's as well?

-granted, she hadn't exactly met any non-blue phoenix's either, so it was at least something interesting to see-  Ah, gotcha.  Blue phoenix.  -it wasn't going to be her fault if she called him blue bird from then on...well, yes it was, but she was still really bad with names-  Uh...it's not exactly like that kid.  -she reaches over and picks up a pencil from the desk-  You aren't squeamish are you?

Kim Taeyeon (/pronounces it slowly) Wow! Three years? That's a lot! (/tilts his head) Are you close to becoming an xmen yet? (/he smiles) Well.. I'm have the powers of a phoenix.. A blue phoenix to be more specific. How about you? (/he asked curiously)

I guess so.  Seems like there's always new people here.  Hard to remember names.  -she honestly had already forgotten his, not using her usual technique of saying a name multiple times to get it stuck-  X-Men? Uh....maybe sometime, I dunno.  I have trouble with sticking around places for too long.  -tilts head- Blue phoenix?  They come in colors?  Me? I have a healing factor.  Hard to kill.

(/grins) Awesome! Although.. I should learn your name first (/he extends his hand) I'm Jay Park nice to meet you (/the man tilts his head to the side) Hmm, not really, I'm just sort of new here and I don't know many people (/well he's been here for about a month but hasn't interacted with anyone except those who he already knew with additions of Jimin and Taemin)

-she looks at the hand, a little surprised at that, but shakes it anyway-  Nice to meet you, kid.  I'm Kim Taeyeon.  -she gives a little smile, honestly a little awkward with greetings, but she'll come around- Ah, new, huh?   I just came back myself. I've been here of and on for about three years.  So, Jay, what is it you do?

-raises her eyebrows at the question-  If you want, I guess?  I'm not sure why, though.  I'm just watching the place.  Did you need something?

( ` her uniform was drenched with murky water, causing it to stick onto all the wrong places of her skin. uncomfortable was an understatement and there definitely wasn't a word that described the sensation or the entire situation unfolding before her eyes. regardless, at this point, she didn't exactly care if someone up there was fucking around with them or if this was a punishment — she just wanted to go back into her room and get some sleep. all this was definitely — )

( ` there was only a certain amount of energy that she had within herself to fend off from the mutated fishes that were gliding in the water and there definitely wasn't a place to run when the entire vicinity was being flooded with water. ) "i really just want to get some sleep." ( ` the irritated tone of her voice was filled with so much venom that it was almost possible to drain it out of her words and kill the entire waterlife residing inside the school at the moment. ) "...?" ( ` she suddenly stops upon seeing a figure at the end of the empty hallway — everyone had attempted to find their way out, but he was still lurking around for some odd reason ) "hey. what the hell are you doing in here?"
