When you play as rhian do you use a male character model because he’s a he/him lesbian or a female model and just suffer through him being misgendered? What I do varies when I’m playing a character that is non-binary but I always hate having to choose.

I also hate having to choose, but while I do use the female character model for Rhian, I don’t think it actually bothers him that much? Idk how to explain this well and I’m also not a he/him lesbian lol but imo Rhian kind of likes that he/him is reserved for the people who know him well. It feels very personal & intimate, to have people who understand—at least on some level—the complexity of his identity. He doesn’t use she/her, but neither do I think it would make him dysphoric. He’s a lesbian before he’s anything else, and being associated with womanhood in that way isn’t much of an issue for him.

That being said, it does drive me up the fucking wall when Josie says it because they’re Together and she of all people would be using he/him.

And On the flip side, using a bi mod to romance Cassandra with Gavyn worked out great because she ““misgenders”” a ““female”” inquisitor anyway, and Gavyn uses they/he/she.

Favorite part of Hannibal is how throughout the entire show no one points out how weird Hannibal is. Weirdest fucking guy ever, way weirder than Will. Just so strange, and no one is ever like “I mean he’s cool I guess but his vibes are all over the place”. The clothes. The interior decor. The shit he says to other human people. You can only wave your hands vaguely and say “he’s a wealthy queer European” about so much.

YEAH oh my god people are constantly talking about Will being weird but Hannibal is ten times as weird and no one talks about it at all??? I don’t think we even heard him described as eccentric?? The closest anyone comes is talking about his “whimsy” but that’s far too weak of a word. Anyone who’s ever been in his home should be like “this dude is the weirdest dude I’ve ever met”

Like we make fun of these people for not guessing he’s a cannibal off his name but Hannibal is actually a real name that real non-cannibal people have. What we should be making fun of them for is having gone into his fucking dark ass mansion covered in horns and weird erotica and not thinking “hey wait doesn’t this guy fit the serial killer profile in every way????”

Like yeah he is a wealthy queer European but??? The things he says???? His interior decor sensibilities????? His inhuman vibes??????? This man is not just someone you casually hang out with as if he were a normal human man!!!! And nobody reacts to meeting him or seeing one of his spaces with any kind of “oh what the fuck?” reaction the way they should
