No sleep last night, then realizing, when we were ready to pack up, the van got broken into, the front passenger window smashed to smithereens, and the van semi ransacked - made for quite a day. • We gratefully received a gift that more than covered the cost, spent extra unexpected time with a friend and we're grateful we're safe along with my instruments and other tools for our work. • Here's the kicker: our minds were blown by the things they stole - the lighter adapter phone chargers and two pairs of Jason's favorite sunglasses. 😜😎 • We send out loving kindness to whomever felt desperate enough to risk being seen busting up our van in broad daylight and thus risking losing their freedom - for trinkets. • I felt all sorts of tired, heavy, sad, and road weary today. Wasn't able to get creative space or a workout and we were delayed in our travel schedule.
