Keigo’s golden eyes dim a little bit as he remembers how he was so close to capturing the infamous witch before she just vanished into thin air. He’s almost embarrassed to tell Alexandra what happened even though he knows she won’t be disappointed in him but it’s still a small blow to his ego.

“Well um..I got really close this time but when she was about to be put in the back of a patrol car she...disappeared into this ugly cloud of black smoke.” He explains with a sigh and runs his free hand through his blonde hair, tugging gently at the roots to get rid of some stress.

The hero feels his wife’s soft touch cradle his cheek and he looks at her, but not directly in the eye just in case she does happen to be upset with him. “I’m sorry, love. I know I promised to capture her and restore the reputation of good witches. I-I just don’t know what happened..”

Letting out a frustrated groan he closes his eyes and hangs his head as he waits for Alexandra to tell him he’s a terrible hero and should let Endeavor handle capturing the Bog Witch. And if she did say those things he’d probably agree with her.

“I promise I’ll try harder next time and I’ll do whatever it takes to get rid of her so good witches can have peace again.”

Alexandra quickly lets go of his hands to gently cup his cheeks. " No, no no. Keigo, please." She gently presses kisses to his face and quickly climbed into his lap to sit on it. She sat astride him and hugged around his neck.

Her husband was human after all. He was disappointed and crushed at his efforts. " You are already trying your best, my darling. Don't beat yourself up for it." She offers as she pets his hair. " If I could I would face her myself. Sadly I'm not powerful enough yet." Nox had been a complicated pregnancy and he had used most of her powers to even be able to delivery him normally. Recovery Girl assured her her powers would be able to go back to normal after some time but they were taking longer due to the Bog Witch taking residence in her body.

" I do appreciate it though. Not many proheros would risk their lives just for their wife's reputation. I adore you for it, my husband." Leaning in, she presses a kiss to him and only breaks it up as they hear a loud, " Eww!" Giggling, she pulls her Veridian in with a pink tendril and presses kisses to his cheeks.

" What's up buddy?" His father offers as he has his arms around his mother.

" I finished my homework, could I go play with my Switch?"

" Of course, my little one!" Alexandra smiles at him before letting him go with another hug.

As they see him go off, she turns back to give a gentle smile to him. " Why don't we drop the kiddos off with Mirko for the weekend? Have some time for ourselves."

The Bunny Hero was amazing with their kids as they've known her all their lives. Aurora was even adamant she would also become like her one day.

It’s a little later than normal when Keigo comes bursting into the door, his arms full of fast food fried chicken for his little chicks to enjoy since he wanted to give his wife a break from cooking and cleaning so she could relax for a change.

“Papa’s home!” The energetic blonde announces with a grin as his son and daughter rush fo greet him, hugging his legs while he walks into the kitchen to set down the bags he’s carrying. “Kisses?” He smiles covering each of them in gentle kisses, gasping when he realizes they taste like sweets. “Did you two have cake pops??” Keigo gasps which makes them giggle and they quickly shake their heads ‘no’. “And you didn’t save papa any?”

While the three horse around in the kitchen, Keigo stops almost immediately when Alexandra walks on holding Nox and he moves to wrap his arms around his wife and baby boy. “Missed you, beautiful. How was your day? Did the chicks behave?” He asks in between excited, love filled pecks that have his wings ruffling.

" Ye-well. It was nothing a cake pop could fix." Alexandra answers in between kissing her husband back. A smile decorated her lips as she couldn't help her heart racing as she looked over her handsome husband. Her kisses were vanilla bean flavored, also hinting she had her own coffee. Nox was busy gumming and sinking his tiny little teeth onto the soft cake pop. Alexandra and Kiego press their kisses onto their own respective cheeks before Keigo had placed him in his feeding chair.

Keigo starts to feed Nox some of his baby food and tiny bits of fried chicken. His siblings giggle as the wings on their baby brother's back, still small with sparse pink feathers, start to wag and twitch in excitement of the chicken. " Figures your son would love that chicken as much as his father does."

" Didn't you say you used to eat a lot of it when you were pregnant with us too, mama?" Ro asks as she nibbles on a drum stick. She uses a tiny pink tendril, like her own mother's, to steal Viridian's drumstick.

" Hey!"

Keigo gently reprimands Aurora before Alexandra uses her own magic to give Veridian another piece of chicken.

" Yes, I remember begging your father to get me some every day. He was so over protective of me and wouldn't let me do anything when I was pregnant with Veri." She giggles at the memories of a very tired and very feral Keigo trying to prevent her from leaving the house only to whisk away and back before she could even ask where he was going.

Keigo blushed and laughed nervously at the memory and tried to explain himself, making his little chicks giggle.

After dinner, the chicks rushed off to finish their homework before playing in their respective spaces. Only Nox was left in his hair as he was content with playing with one of his toys, an Endeavor plush.

As Alexandra used a combination of pink tendrils and plant ivys to clean up after dinner, she sits next to Kiego and holds one of his hand in both of hers. She raises the warm, calloused hand to gently press kisses to it. " How was your day? Did you capture Bog Witch?" She asks worriedly.

Keigo chuckles softly watching his wife’s pink magic seep out for a brief moment before settling into the chair next to her, smiling warmly as he enjoys the loving chaos of a breakfast at home with his family – knowing he wouldn’t give it up for anything in the world.

So why is it that every time he was in close proximity with the villainess, he could feel his heart racing bit faster or his feathers fluffed more more than usual. Sure she was beautiful but not nearly as beautiful as precious Alexandra so what was this attraction he felt towards her? Unless she’s been using magic to make him feel this way.

He’s pulled from his thought when his watch starts to vibrate with the daily alarm that tells him it’s time to head to work. “Alright my chickies, be good for your mama while I’m at work.” He says once he’s cleared his dish in the sink and throws on his jacket. “I love you so much and I’ll be home before y’know it!” Giving each of his loves a kiss, he makes sure to give Alexandra an extra two or three before finally leaving home.

At once the little one's beg and protest as their papa leaves to work. They are each silenced with a kiss from their papa and Alexandra beckon's them to start getting ready for school with her own kiss on top of their heads.

Alexandra picks up Nox from his chair and gently rocks him as Kiego gives her more kisses. One. A smile shared between them. Two, her hand comes to hold his cheek. And three, she whispers a charm of protection of him before he soars away from her.

Watching him leave, she exhales some. Oh how she adores that man. Turning her attention to Nox, she presses a raspberry to him before taking out a bottle for him to eat while her little one's get ready. With a tendril of pink energy, she feeds him before her Aurora visits her to get her blond curls under control.

After two pigtails are done, she gently taps her sweet little nose and gives her an already made lunch box with her theme of the rabbit hero Mirko. Her older son then comes downstairs nearly in tears as he can't get his shoes tied.

Gently, she comforts him and teaches him how to tie his shoelaces. He had been wanting laced shoes instead of velcro. Calling it, " big kid shoes."

Once all the kiddos were ready, she loads them up in their large crossover. Nox is in his car seat while the older kids are in their booster seats with their seatbelts.

After dropping Ro and Viridian off, she heads back home with Nox. With a gentle lullaby and another meal, the baby boy falls asleep for his nap.

A pain hits Alexandra in her temples. She's wanting to come out.

Now

" Wait. Please. Let me just have someone for my baby." Alexandra snaps her fingers and a giant stuffed Dragonite jumps with life and moves to check on the baby. " Please care for him. I'll be having to-" A gasp rips from her throat as pain takes her over.

A blue hand materializes and holds hers before flipping it. The Villainess is now taking her over without her permission.

" Took you long enough." The Villainess scoffs at the stuffed toy that's protecting the child before vanishing.

Now in her lair, her henchmen rejoice at her return. " Quiet. Where is the bird man?"

" We have eyes on him downtown mistress! He's looking for us!"

The azure witch chuckles some. " Hm. Time to play."

Back with Hawks, as he is soring, a sudden black cloud envelops him before she appears. " Hiya Birdie..." She greets with her staff having a dangerous green light appearing from it.

“She’s really becoming a thorn in the agency’s side as well.” The blonde adds, making a bit of a face since for some reason Endeavor always sends him to deal with the witch instead of giving the winged hero some heavier pro work.

“Aren’t all witches good like you, mama?” Their son asks as his small hand reaches out to sneakily grab a piece of sausage from his sister’s plate while she’s too busy being distracted by playing with Keigo’s red wings which he fluffs up for her entertainment.

“Unfortunately not all witches are as beautiful and kind as your mom is.” Keigo answers for his wife while staring at her with heart shaped eyes, sighing dreamily to himself when she walks over with his breakfast and coffee, quickly leaning in to steal a few kisses since his wings shield them from their children’s prying eyes.

" And good thing there are heros like your dad to stop villains like her." The witch adds before cupping her husband's cheek for another kiss before begrudgingly letting him go and giving her Ro another sausage. The blond little girl, a miniature version of her father, happily chirps before digging into the sausage messily. She then goes back to being amazed by the giant red wings in the room.

The best thing about being a witch was having extraordinary senses. Almost like eyes on the back of her head. Lastly she sits down with her tea, a floral black tea with the tiniest amount of honey in it.

" I do wish someone else would take care of her. You're the number 2 hero!" She huffs with a cheek full of egg. " Maybe she just has a crush on you and wants to keep seeing you. That vile woman." Alexandra rolls her eyes before calming down as Keigo reaches over to hold her hand in his. With the comforting touch, she can feel the pink energy release from her normally grey eyes. " Mama! Your eyes!" Her son gasps

" Sorry, my loves." She apologizes to her little nest as she disperses the magical energy. " Mama got a little too heated."

Keigo watches with warm eyes as his wife helps their older children get settled in at the table while he finishes up feeding Nox his breakfast before trying to burp the little boy in his arms.

“Do you need help with breakfast, songbird?” He asks, walking over towards the stove, stopping to kiss his son and daughter on their foreheads before joining Alexandra’s side – smiling to himself as her familiar scent fills his nose.

“I’ll go put the little chick in his swing and set the table. Would you like me to make you a cup of tea, my love?”

" If you would be so kind, my darling. I'll make you some coffee in return." The love witch rewards him with a kiss to his cheek. The chicks watching this make gagging noises before giggling some.

" Now, now chickes. Your mother is a love witch after all. I have to do what I'm good at." She gently smiles at him as plates come flying out of their place to set themselves on the table. She goes over and fills the plates with some scrambled eggs and some slices of bacon and chicken sausage. " Thanks mama!" Ro smiles big, some of her teeth missing as they're slowly falling out

She leans over to feed Keigo a small piece of bacon as he's setting Nox up in his swing. A giggle escapes her at his lips peck at her greasy fingertips. She whips her hand to materialize some Cherrios for his little mouth to nibble.

" This morning's breaking news. A quickly rising villainess known as The Bog Witch is quickly becoming infamous. This petty thief just added a rare priceless artifact to her collection, a 2.8 million dollar natural water pearl. In other news-" The anchor drones on.

" What a menace. That witch gives the rest of us a bad name." Alexandra huffs as she takes a forkful of egg.

It’s just before sunrise when Keigo’s alarm goes off to signal the start of a new day and he groans quietly as he shifts around in bed, leaning over to kiss his wife’s forehead before carefully getting out of bed so he can go check on the newest addition to their little nest.

“Good morning, baby bird. I hope you slept well.” He whispers while hovering over the small, cream colored bassinet that’s situated under a window since Keigo insists sunshine and moonlight is good for the baby.

Ever so gently he lifts the still sleeping chick into his strong arms so he can take her downstairs for a bottle, wanting to let his sweet wife sleep in a little longer until their older children wake up for school.

Some time later Alexandra wakes up with a gentle sigh. With a stretch, she takes off her silk bonnet to take down her curls. She goes to the bathroom to brush her teeth and dress herself with a snap. A form fitting black dress decorates her curves. On her feet are chicken slippers. A gift from her dear husband.

She goes downstairs to her her lover and father of her chicks bottle feeding the newest chick, a little boy named Lennox or Nox. Cooing to him, she presses kisses to both of his cheeks as Keigo is now burping him over his shoulder. " My sweet little boy! How did you sleep, my baby?" She asks the 6 month old before he gurgles and burps.

Turning around to meet her husband's yellow eyes, she gently smiles before pressing a peck to him. " Good morning, my love." She greets before pressing kisses up his neck to his cheeks. " How did you sleep? Where are the chicks?" She asks.

Not one moment sooner, two older chicks, the older boy named Veridian and his little sister named Aurora come down stars. Veridian is 5 while Aurora is 3.

" Good morning mama and papa!" Veridian greets while Aurora yawns.

" Good morning my angels!" The witch greets before waving her hands and getting started with a simple breakfast of chicken sausage and eggs.

“Captor? I’m not your captor, Alexandra. I love you and want to take care of you. Why else would I have gone through all this trouble to bring you home?”

Her words have clearly upset Keigo and his full, fluffed out wings start to droop with sadness before suddenly puffing up again, enough to cover her with their shadow as his golden eyes fill with something more sinister.

“Don’t you ever call me that again, understand?”

He asks in a low voice while his hand comes up to grip her jaw firmly so she has no choice but to look at him and the fury she’s created within the blonde hero.

Alexandra gasps and continues to look away from him before he shakes her chin in anger. She tries hard to get her face out of his hands before his grip becomes stronger. It might even leave some bruises for sure. She meets his eyes once more before looking away from him.

" Yes."

" Good."

Her lips suddenly curl in disgust and she releases a breath before spitting a dollop of spit right onto his lips.

" Doesn't mean I'm going to be domesticated." A warning of pink dances in front of her eyes.

" You have your work cut out for you."

“Please, don’t be so formal. You can call me Keigo.” He replies with his usual flirty smile and takes her hand in his so he can kiss the back of it gently, looking up at her through blonde eyelashes as he does so.

“You look stunning, dove. You’ll definitely be the most beautiful hero at the gala.” Keigo hands over the bouquet and watches as she sniffs them, a small yet reserved smile paints her lips that are the same color as the roses he brought. “You should put them in some water, they’re a bit temperamental with their conditions.”

Without hesitation, or even an invitation, the red-winged hero follows his date into her apartment while she finds a vase for the flowers and he looks around to see how her apartment is decorated.

Alexandra can feel him step behind her as she goes into her kitchen. His gaze is everywhere.

I should learn to close my door quicker. Alas. What's the worst he could do?

A tendril of pink forms from her back to find a glass and fill it with water whilst she trims the ends of the rose with a pair of kitchen shears.

" So...Keigo. I know you're just as excited as I am. Just a little word of advise, I'm not sleeping with you after tonight. It's just a gala appearance. Some very...minor PDA is allowed. Anymore than that and I leave." With one last fluff to the roses, she moves to hold his arm as he has it up for her. " Got it?" Her hazel eyes are lit with the tiniest amount of magick.

He's not...under my spell? But how?
