I wanted to take a moment to thank everyone who has checked in with me since the surgery. Your cards, texts, flowers, slippers, candles, ice cream, and visits have helped me get through the past two weeks by reminding me how many people I have in my corner ...and of course my two feline caregivers have been top notch! Tomorrow I start step two in this adventure: a special injection to my vocal nerve to prep my voice for a return to work in the new year.
