i'm 5kgs, almost 6kgs lighter and i'm still nervous about people seeing my body. people seeing me in a bikinis makes me feel sick to my stomach, and I have to do that next weekend. and I don't normally do that. and i'm scared. and I hate that I am. cause I look better than I used to. but it literally makes me want to throw up and i don't know how to fix it
