Are Sasuke and Kakashi the type of getting married or just moving in together? I know you've done both but there were other circumstances involved like politics or alcohol lol
I think if they were in a relationship they'd live together eventually, yes. It's practical and I think they also are very good at giving each other space when they need it so they don't feel suffocated by having each other in their space. In the early years they also have time to get used to it because Sasuke is still away a lot and Kakashi is so busy.
When it comes to marriage, honestly I don't think it's something they feel the need to do. They basically end up married without being married on paper, they're each other's contacts and everyone knows that they belong to each other and neither of them are into ceremonies for the sake of them.
Has Sasuke introduced Kakashi to his snakes? What is their relationship like?
Hmm, if you mean in From This Earth, I'd say no, not yet. I think he knows of the primary ones like Aoda, but hasn't really had occasion to "meet" them.
Sasuke is still a little guarded about his life in Oto and his snake summons are very much entwined with that, so it's something that probably comes up later in their relationship, the more it mends and they really trust each other on an even deeper level.
Kakashi is the type that can get along with anyone, if he wants to, but I doubt their interactions would be like Sasuke's with the ninken. I do think there would be more distance there, a sort of grudging respect but not the same friendliness and affection I see Sasuke having with Pakkun, for example.
I haven't thought too much on it but that's how I see it at the moment.

From This Earth [M] - Chapter 15
Kakashi/Sasuke
Canon Universe, Post-War
Kakashi doesn’t make his surprise obvious as his thoughts are cut off when Sasuke walks into the room and neatly takes the seat next to him, just as he has for each day prior. They’re both skilled enough that the tension, palpable only to them, doesn’t manifest itself more obviously in their chakra or behaviour. Sasuke’s taken to wearing lighter clothes here, linens picked up locally for the weather, and he doesn’t look like Kakashi’s left hand now, not like a shinobi with flee on sight orders in every village there is. He’s subdued and vaguely detached in his manner as he serves himself from the dishes laid out. As if he hadn’t clung to Kakashi so sweetly the night before, hadn’t pressed his love against Kakashi’s mouth. Like Kakashi hadn’t started this morning with an ache in his chest, thinking just how it could be, if he let it. If they could be lucky, for once.

From This Earth [M] - Chapter 14
Kakashi/Sasuke
Canon Universe, Post-War
The lightning faded away, their naked blades kiss each other’s necks, nipping at vulnerable skin. They’re both breathing hard, but Sasuke feels like he’s been cut open all of a sudden, chest rising and falling with breaths and beats that feel too loud not to be obvious. He’s flushed with the energy of their spar, the excitement of parrying with someone his equal at swordsmanship, and the charged energy around them. Intimately positioned, their short blades fall away at the same time, accepting the draw. It leaves them standing close, beads of sweat dripping down their temples and napes of their necks.

"Sasuke! Come down and say hi to your brother!"
"Step-brother," Sasuke mutters under her breath, adjusting her tennis skirt. Kakashi was always looking at her like he was laughing at some inside joke at her expense, tugging at her clothes and asking what magazine had told her to put this outfit on. Shows what he knows, Kakashi was barely better dressed than the average college frat boy, and that only thanks to her mother buying him clothes before he'd left.
Kakashi is leaning against the counter when she steps into the kitchen, a mini-pizza in his hand. Freshly baked of course, Mikoto had been preparing to spoil him for his return over winter break to make up for months of canteen food and frozen dinners in his dorm.
"Hi." Sasuke greets shortly, leaning over to grab a bite herself when he decides to hold the tray over their heads. He's far too tall for her to reach it and she glowers up at him, trying not to fall into his chest as she strains on her tiptoes.
"What, that's all?"
"Be nice, Sasuke," Mikoto scolds, stirring a pot on the stove and briefly looking over her shoulder. "It's not you, Kakashi. She's been stressing over her final year, applications, you know how it is. Sakumo will be home soon, I want you both playing nice by then."
Sasuke grumbles, but acquiesces and wraps arms around Kakashi's middle, leaning her cheek against his chest briefly.
"Hi. Welcome back."
If she's honest, she has missed him-
"Ouch!"
Kakashi looks at her innocently, like he hadn't just pinched her side, exposed as her sweater rode up. He raises a brow, bringing the tray down again.
"Pizza?"
She takes that back.
She hates him.

Sasuke surveys her underwear drawer after her shower. Mikoto had bought her some new things last week as a treat for acing her midterms, a little more mature, hints of lace and in darker colours. She pulls on a pair of dark green panties and turns in the mirror, eying how the lace panels accentuate her hips. Green isn’t her usual colour but…shrugging, she pulls a large shirt over it and climbs into bed.
It's not long before she tosses the covers off and pads down the hallway, though, unable to sleep. Kakashi’s room is on the other end, a blue light seeping out from under the doors. She pushes open the door, shutting it silently behind her. Kakashi’s laptop is on, softly playing some music as he scrolls through his phone. He doesn’t greet her immediately, only huffing out a laugh when she slips under his covers and sidles up against his bare side, leg coming up to brush against the soft sweats he’s got on.
“So you did miss me.”
“Shut up. You’re the worst.”
“Mhm. That why you wear my shirt to bed?”
She flushes, she’d forgotten actually. She bites his shoulder in retaliation.
“Whatever. Take it back. Give it to one of your girlfriends, see if I care.”
He does laugh then.
“Forgot how jealous you are. Fine.”
She nearly shrieks when his hands move to tug the shirt off, struggling weakly until it’s pulled off and tossed aside somewhere. He hovers over her, grinning at the sight of her underwear.
“You suddenly forget you a judo champ, sis? Wanted to make sure I see you in my favourite colour?”
He moves down, his long gravity-defying hair brushing her bare nipples and belly as he does, before his teeth are tugging at the band of her panties.
“No, don’t take those off!”
Kakashi hums, moving back up so he can lay on his side and hover over her, his hand sliding past the band as she arches into his large palm.
“Oh don’t worry, I won’t.”
---
It’s a couple days later that Sasuke flops onto the couch where Mikoto is flipping through a novel, shuffling her way into her space to lay her head on her mother’s lap. Kakashi is out with old friends while he’s in town and she’s bored.
“Spoiled,” Mikoto says fondly, running her hands through Sasuke’s hair, “Sweetheart, anything you want to tell me?”
She looks up, frowning, “No, why?”
“I mean, are you seeing anyone? I know I gave you the talk and those condoms but do I need to make you an appointment with the doctor and get you on the pill?”
“Mom!”
“What?” Mikoto looks halfway amused, halfway annoyed, “Sasuke, you know I still do your laundry, right? There is no magic laundry fairy.”
Sasuke blinks then, turning a shade of red so profound she can feel the blood pumping through her face. She vaguely remembers tugging off her soaked panties that night after leaving Kakashi’s room, and carelessly tossing them in the hamper without thinking before hopping into the shower.
“Your brand new panties too…you know those weren’t cheap. Do try to be careful. Whoever he is, seems like he knows what he’s doing.”
Sasuke doesn’t need that reminder.
“Do you like him?”
Obviously, she wants to say, too much. She just shrugs, “Yes.”
“Will I get to meet him someday?” Mikoto asks then, poking her cheek.
