These switches are actually really nice to type on, and create a really nice “marbley” noise when it comes to typing. Definitely would recommend these type of switches to anyone looking to make their keyboard thock!

Alhamduillah I am learning to take care of myself and learning new coping styles. I thought last week was the beginning of another depressive episode but today I feel motivated.

Incorporated some new strategies last week and continue to do so on a daily basis and I am feeling the benefits today. Learning to listen to my body. 

That’s progress, Alhamduillah

I am feeling positive today.

Slept early, woke up early. Went to the library, feeling motivated.

Have a long checklist of tasks to complete but I’m feeling hopeful.

I have zero motivation for my coursework.

Lord, please give me strength.

I feel like its the beginning of another depressive episode and I’m just so anxious and stressed about it, about uni, about work, about life.

I just need to push thru the next 2 weeks and submit these 2 assignments.

PhD Program got me stressed but Khayir Insha’Allah

I feel like this course plus work is manageable thus far, no MAJOR issues.

Gotta stay true to my vision and stay on the grind. 

This semester is already at the halfway mark - so there’s a light at the end.
