What a gal....
She wasn't in this world. Bonnie, he had spent his life looking for her. Borrowed lifetimes alone and searching tirelessly searching fro his baby girl to find her and remind her how much she was loved and apologize to her for how wrong he had been to lose her from fear. The Globe had shown him nothing however and now he was lone again in his big house with nothing more to go on. Belle was dead, Bonnie wasn't here. He had nothing in his life. He collapsed into a chair, his ankle throbbing with the day's work trying to barter for the globe. He had come up empty again and he felt the weight of it keenly on his shoulders. He sat staring at the wall as the sun set and early evening faded into the black dankness of night. He wasn't hungry and thought a brandy had ended up in his hands he could not manage to take a sip. His life was lost now he had no where else to look.
As the hours drew on he could swear he could hear her voice singing the song he used to sing to her. "Though wind and fire do crack the land, the swarm is stinging out of hand, my dear my long I'll keep you warm. You've nothing to fear from any storm." he hummed with the voice following it to her bedroom. He kept it as a shrine to her when the pain became too much and all he could do was cry. He would walk into her room look at the dresses from this land and the other that he had collected to give her. All the wonders of any world that he wanted to shower on her and give her all she could ever want. He craved to give her the universe, his little girl. He walked through the door and his world shattered confusion and joy and pain all coming together and he blinked hard. "Bonnie?" He rasped seeing his litter girl there not a day older than when she left.
