"What?!" She gasps, then pulls the other fox into a tight hug. "Oh, Miles, don't tell me your man's in trouble again! Oh, baby, it's okay, you tell me everything."

"Gnn--" And once again, he gets the air knocked out of him by one of Tails's bone-breaking hugs. 

"T-Tails, come on. You don't have to worry about me so much." He'd return the hug if he could, but he settles for lightly rubbing her sides with his thumbs. "We had a little fight.. and he just left. I don't where he is or anything."

"Really?" She frowns, and leans in closer to examine his features a bit more carefully. "Well, what's up? Same old boy problems gettin' ya down?"

"Ye...." He hesitates at first, but oh well, there's no hiding from this fox, anyway. "..ah. Pret-ty much."

She approaches him hesitantly. "M-Miles? Miles, are you all right...?"

He grimaces weakly, sighs, rubs his forehead, then finally looks up at her.

"..Been better, to tell you the truth."

"U-um, Miles... Miles, are you there?" She squeaks nervously.

"Hmph.." 

He pulls his face off the cushions and looks over the couch, granting lightly as he flew himself towards the door and creaking it open slightly. 

"Oh, uh, Tails!" He opened the door wider, with a small smile, but it was obvious that the male fox wasn't in the best of moods. "Wh-- I mean-- hey, uh, where do I owe the visit..? Everything okay?"
