There was something very special about getting invited to Kuo Kuana. Shion didn’t visit the island nation all that often, and only by invite. They’d been a few times to investigate potential Nightmare Grimms, capturing one on the island before. And looking into some other potential mind altering Grimm activities. They didn’t like to bring outside Hunters in, having their own means to deal with most Grimm. But some they needed help with, and Shion was happy to assist.
Shion was in Kuo Kuana for a bit. They had investigated some strange on goings for Ghara, to make sure another Nightmare hadn’t made it’s way onto the island. They could cause so much chaos in such a densely populated area. Thankful the witch hadn’t found or felt anything yet.
They were in the market, picking out some fruits to keep as snacks in their hotel room. There was nothing like the fresh fruit from Kuo Kuana markets. They didn’t let the few curious stares of people slowing down to look at the human as they passed bother them. Shion was used to being a curiosity.
