Ferdinand Mouse was born to his mother,Mickey mouse after a one-night stand with Felix. His existence wasn't known until he is a year old now,Mickey did it out of protection but eventually introduced him to the stars.
Ferdinand looked so much like mickey but he has both charms of his parents as he grew older and shown to have their talents as well.
However, doesn't mean he is blind to his parents relationship. He knows the two are not good for each other and wished nothing more than them just being co-parents instead of marrying each other.
Which was good for a while until Marley was born when he was 5 and that's where he started to notice the toxic relationship of their parents. He is very protective of Marley and it also plays in part of his maturity throughout his upbringing.
When Mickey forced Felix out for the picture, Ferdy wasn't pleased and would constantly pestered Mickey to bring him back even a little to spend time with Marley or him.
Mickey doesn't want to but he couldn't say not,not when if people know he straight up alienated his children from Felix.
This actually what could have happened if Ferdinand was in Marley's life as her older sibling,he would make sure Marley doesn't go through the ringer of their parents relationship but in turn he let himself suffer for that by sacrificing his own childhood.
Neither of the 3 knows how this effected Ferdy's childhood and his upbringing until Ferdy went to therapy when he was 16 when Marley is 11. Even Sheba could see and first pointed out how too mature Ferdy for his own age and the fact he had to be the voice of reason for his parents relationship wasn't good.
Ferdy was supposed to become a star originally but he declined despite his success,he wants to be there for Marley so she can have at least a normal adult in her life.
Yes,he is currently in a relationship with someone.
