Well, it’s another festive manicure for me - and finally it’s appropriate to the weather! My favourite bit is the different hats on the snowmen but that’s almost certainly just me. I did, however, make a tactical error on my advent calendar. Firstly, I lost a jam. See, the #lovelyhugsand was washing up, and he grabbed all the empty little jars, took the kids off and threw them into the washing up bowl. Only one of them wasn’t empty… standard Garvey-Cole chaos! Then I decided to make carrot cake from my leftover juicing pulp (yes I make veg juice, don’t pretend to be surprised). It’s delicious, but I can’t manage cake AND toast and jam every day, I need to save room for crisps and chocolate! So I now have a fine, robust collection of preserves to munch through at the weekend. Oh no.
