as a teen, Lev did have a crush on Kizuna's dad. He was nice! He gendered Lev correctly! Called him by the name he wanted! Probably even helped him pick it out! And! He's so. Different from all the nose-in-the-air holier-than-thou clergy and nobles.
But also he's like twice Lev's age and presumed dead, it would've never worked out. Especially not when Lev got out of Ishgard and realized he doesn't actually particularly want to *really* be with someone romantically- it's appealing in theory, reading mysteries and fairytales always painted such romances in a flattering light, but having someone reciprocate his earnest, if over-the-top and excessive cheesy flirtations? Mortifying.

Sometimes, a good nap is what you need, even if it's the middle of the day. Kizuna's always been a sleep cuddler though, lmfao.
Keathan did a really good job on decorating Kizuna and Erradane's ishgardian home ;w; cozy little cabin... Also I did too much work posing this tangle of limbs to not have a couple no-blanket shots lmfao. I love platonic intimacy. Kizuna is definitely wearing one of his Da's shirts and Lev is just wearing his under-clothing- since a nap is not usually planned for. But sometimes the sun is cozy and warm and you've played hard outside.
After spending the later morning sparring, Lev pushes food into Kizuna's hands, claiming there'd been extra after breakfast at home.... he doesn't reveal that before he left the house that morning he'd actually snuck into the pantry and stuffed his skirts with as much food as he could manage to make sure Kizuna had something more to eat.
I imagine Lev's daydreaming out loud about their futures as Knights.
