In Tekken 7′s initial arcade release, Lucky Chloe had variations on her Rage Art. This has carried over in both the arcade up date, and home port, but isn’t mentioned in the game. This video shows how to do it. So in order of appearance:
STANDARD RAGE ART: 3+4/LK+RK- Its her standard Rage Art.
PARTIAL INPUT: RA (Rage Art), Then 3 and 4 in time of each hit- If you do Chole’s RA, then alternate pressing 3 and 4 (LK-3, RK-4) after each hit during the RA animation, she will spell her name. Get her to spell CHLOE, and you will not only net you a different animation, but +10 extra damage on the Rage Art. This version is far less strict, meaning you can flub once, but still get the different attack and damage. However, it has to be done in enough time that Chole spells out her name. Other wise, it will go to the standard one.
PERFECT INPUT: RA, Then 3 and 4 in time of each hit-This version requires you nail it perfectly in time to each hit. If done correctly, Chole will spell her last name, say “FINISH”, then punches the person in the back for an additional +15 Damage. Again, this is strictest to nail and will come out only if you press 3 and 4 perfectly during the Rage Art.
