Long long story short theres this AWESOME guitar on Craigslist 2 states over that i really really want but the post was last updated 23 days ago so he might not have it still and so im trying really hard not to get my hopes up bc this guitar would add color to my frankly depressing walls and give me something new to play with and dear god i never ever treat myself to anything so I will happily go on a solo road trip for this guitar in a heartbeat if he replies back positively
#before anyone screams at me about social distancing#dont#there are ways to exchange money and goods without coming in contact#and fuck i want this guitar so badly#but he seriously might not have it anymore so i need to STOP THINKING ABOUT IT#the last thing my frahile sanity needs rn is disappointment#so im gonna vo spend the next hour combing through more ads for a suitable backup to ease said disappointment should it arise#fhskshsos#covid19#personal#the fretboard has been recently conditioned and he just restrung it with my 2nd fav strings#99% of the guitars on cl that i can afford look like shot#SHIT#bc they havent been played in forever and/or their owners dont fucking keep them up#and then post half asses grainy photos that dont show enough#but this ad#this glorious ad was the PERFECT GUITAR AD#photos of every imperfection#excellent lighting#the description was detailed enough that you could tell he actually knew what he was talking about and cared for his instruments#like this is a dream seller#i have a knack for finding guitars that are damaged but not so much that it impacts the sound#so i can get a guitar that would usually be hundreds of dollars out of my range#or in this case literally $850 out of my range#for dirt cheap#thats how i got my beautiful ae washburn#my parents thought i was crazy for spending 2 months meticulously pouring through ads#and that i was being too picky#and i was like im not too picky im gonna get myself a goddamn beauty for under $100 JUST WATCH ME#teisco saga
