Au where Scar dies along with Jimmy in the battle of The Red Desert. Now Grian and Scott are alone, their red "soulmates" dead.
I like to think that they bounded a lot after that. And become closer friends.
Nothing holds Grian anymore to the desert and Scar, but he still can't let go. It was their home. It was his Scar.
Scar and Grian where connected, and now when Scar is gone and Grian lost his first life, he doesn't know what to do.
Scott is calmer about this whole situation, and as he promised he won't leave Grian and will still be his ally.
I imagine that in the end Grian and Scott were the last ones. They both lost their second lives. And now there are only two, while everyone else is dead.
Spectators - Watchers - want a fight, they know. But Scott recommends the other way.
They are at spawn, their items long forgotten. They stand in front of each other, only one block of TNT between them. Grian uses flint and steel.
They both die, both wake up in their respective servers, and they both remember.
