FicSnips Day 7: Fading Ink
I am a SUCKER for Soulmate aus. So when I found a post on Twitter talking about soulmate names being on your skin and there's too many of them...but it's because your Soulmate is a conman AND someone was like "this is TwiYor", I practically couldn't get pen to paper fast enough.
This is one of my favorite fics that I've written. And it also features art from the Amazing @roucaelum-art! Please give her and her art some love! <3
FicSnip Day 6: In the downpour
OH BOY THIS FIC!
So, this was a fic I wrote for kiss day a few years ago. The art that inspired it is PHENOMENAL! Please go give the artist some love!
I'm...not particularly good at writing kiss scenes, but I thought I'd try my hand at it again. So I searched for some art inspiration and the words flowed from there.
This was a lot of fun! (And hilariously this was one of TWO kiss fics I wrote in the span of...I think it was 3 hours? Something like that 🤣)
Day 13: Doubt Creeps In
Of my Myth Au this one is kind of an odd ball. It has no dialogue or direct character interactions. It's just introspection and contemplation of the other. It was an interesting way to write Loid and Yor, moreso Yor since Loid is known for overthinking everything.
It's short but not exactly sweet. At the title implies, doubts have set into our beloved Sun and Moon pair and they are just doing their best to deal with them. Its not necessary to read the other parts of the Myth series prior to this one, but it would help provide some context!

FicSnip Day 12: The Way to a Man's Heart (Not Through His Ribs)
Another gift fic! This one for aerequets 🥰
This was a Secret Santa gift and the original prompt was regarding Loid and Yor being chefs. This fic stayed firmly in canon verse, but had Loid and Yor cook together!
I love cooking so this was a blast to write. I haven't made two of the recipes in this fic, but the recipes I followed sounded amazing.
It may not be wise to read this on an empty stomach 🤣
FicSnip Day 8: Briar Rose
Ngl when my wheel of choice landed on this fic, my heart sank.
For those unaware, I have a difficult relationship with this fic. At one point, I even had the first two chapters posted before taking them down. This fic is very difficult for me, not because it's difficult to write, but because I've received negativity because of it and it's sister fic: Oh Your Smile.
OYS is a sad ending fic and Briar Rose was born of wanting to fix it. It's dark. It'll be gritty. But most of all, it'll be painful for both Yor and Twilight.
The snippet I wanted to share was just how conflicted this will make Twilight. To note, I wrote this a full year and more before Complicity, but I feel it has a similar vibe. We'll see.
I'm not sure when I'll be happy enough to post this fic, though I likely won't until I have it completed in drafts. We'll see.
Fic Snips Day 31: Don't Forget to Lock the Door
Not gonna lie, the fact that Twilight canonically only gets on average 2 hours of sleep is MIND BOGGLING to me. So I decided to throw it into a fic 🤣
But more seriously, Twilight and Franky's dynamic is top tier and I especially love how they rib at each other in canon. it's always fun seeing them! I may not be a diehard Twinky fan, but I love them in their brotherly dynamic.
And lastly: This fic is less about Tworky (twilight/yor/franky) and more about Twilight x Deadbolt. if only the forgers would use that damn thing on their door more frequently they'd probably save themselves the headaches 🤣

FicSnips Day 25: Just a Kiss
This fic was created as an answer to a challenge by the lovely @whateversawesome <3 and was heavily inspired by some now long deleted art by @nmkokkokko. Wherever you are, nmkokkokko, thank you so much for your art. We miss you!
This is also the first fic I've written in it's entirety in 2nd person POV. It was an interesting experience! But I enjoyed it immensely. (Thank you @nire-the-mithridatist for the encouragement with that 😘 )
Fic Snips Day 24: Coming Home
Oh boy...back when my obsession over the Mole Hunt arc was just getting started...
In all seriousness, this arc is one of my favorites. The risk Twilight's under, the back and forth stress of Yuri's presence and Yor's worry, the real tension of wondering just who was going to come out of this victorious. Just chef kiss!
Just before chapter 84 came out, @mika213 had thrown out the hope that Twilight would hug Yor when he came home after everything that happened in this wild ride of an arc. I ended up writing this before we got the ending of the arc but I loved this.
Mika also made some FANTASTIC art! So please give her works some love!
