Hi I'm conflicted now cause the school that offers IB is giving it full scharships and I know I can get in but I don't know if I will be able to cope with it. I'm really worried I'm gonna make a bad decision cause I have to choose between alevels and ib. All my friends who did ib said it was really bloody difficult, and alevels is easier but if I take IB it will be free for me :( I got 8 a's in olevels but I just don't know what to pick, IB sounds really difficult and Im scared of the workload
It can be pretty rough but it's totally doable. In American IB, you can drop out at any time and switch over to something else with ease--you just can't get into IB if you don't follow it from the start. I'm not sure how it works in the Europe (if that's where you are?), but I would choose the option that is the most flexible and rewarding to you. Honestly it's a personal decision at this point! I believe that anyone can survive IB if they work hard enough, but you've gotta be willing to put in the time! Good luck making a decision!
