Aleksandr Nikolaev

My MC, Aleksandr Nikolaev (he/him), from the IF “Signal Hill” @signalhill-if.

He’s a behemoth of a man, an excitable sadomasochist, and an absolute charmer. Unsurprisingly he has spent his adult life as a Mercenary. Aleksandr's size alone would have benefited his career choice, but his abundant joy in uncontrolled violence further suited him to that life. However, despite what his role as a death dealer professionally and consensual pain giver & receiver privately may suggest to some, Aleksandr is an exceptionally kind, polite, gentle giant to others. (Until given a reason not to be; then they see his other face.) Once people move past being intimidated by his general initial impression, they are often taken by his smile.

His plethora of tattoos, new ones haphazardly layered over the old as they begin to fade, are an expression of his enjoyment of pain. He has accepted that if he lives to an old age—which is highly unlikely—he will eventually cover his body in nothing but solid black ink that constantly needs to be saturated. The thought excites him.
