toji and i played mermaids today
hi my loves! i know it’s been a minute but i wanted to stay that i’m still alive. i also wanted to explain my absence because i feel like i’ve sort of disappeared without explanation.
so at the end of june, i had a major falling out with my best friend. it took me completely by surprise. needless to say, it destroyed me. my mental health plummeted. this breakup consumed me completely. it was all i could think about no matter how much i tried to distract myself. even months later, i still find myself thinking about it a lot.
with that being said, i had to take step back and find my peace again. i had to surround myself with friends and do things i enjoyed. i will say that over these past few months, i have really found myself. i have become so much more confident with who i am. i am so thankful to have such a wonderful people around who helped me through this really tough time (shoutout to @coralbae ily).
i feel like i’m ready to get back into the groove of writing again so i will be opening my asks/requests again. all i ask for is some grace with how long it may take me to fulfill them. i miss you guys so much.

okay i woke up to 3000 followers?!! that’s absolutely insane!
i just wanted to thank every single one of you for enjoying my content enough to follow me. it really means so much to me. i haven’t been the most consistent over the past few months, but to see the support i get regardless of how often i post make so happy. when i started posting on tumblr a little over a year ago, i didn’t think anyone would enjoy what i put out there. little did i know, i would grow my own little community!
i truly couldn’t have done any of this without you guys. i love you all so so much 🩷
i will be posting something special within the next few days to celebrate, so keep your eyes peeled for that!

i took toji to the zoo and art museum today!! i think he enjoyed himself :P
i also got to feed the giraffes…life is good :)
