@bcrnedaway, whoops.
It was habit to speak his mind; for over thirty years his other half would always have something to say in return but those days were over and Murphy was having a hard time adjusting without his twin. For one thing -- nobody understood him. Not like Connor did. Nobody would have that bond with him ever again yet he was constantly searching for anything similar. In Sanctuary there were so many terrible men. Wicked creatures whom he would have killed in a heartbeat before everything fell. Before he lost Connor. He’s been trying to tell himself that Dwight was one of the good people, just broken ---- but tonight? He’s rubbed the wrong way. It’s late. A nightmare had stolen his rest from him and the negative feelings brought by it had him both lonely and a little abrasive. Murphy had always been the one that was more physical, more apt to strike, and when Dwight spouts a bunch of rude bullshit at him he can feel himself bristle.
“Are ye not capable of bein’ anyt’in’ more t’an a fuckin’ asshole, Dwight? We all get it, alrigh’? Negan took y’er wife and apparently ye’r balls, too but t’at doesn’t mean y’get tae be an asswipe tae anyone t’at looks y’er way. If it’s a fight ye want, I’ll gladly kick ye’r ass right here an’ now. Just say t’e word.”
