For fun remake of the Fighter’s Megamix character select screen filtered through a "Unified SegaSonic Verse" lense (to bring up that term again). --- Storywise, The Megamix Invitational Tournament was hosted by a J6 proxy company as a means to further gather fighting data for their various secret projects, bringing fighters from the World Martial Arts Tournament (The test group for the Dural project) and Viper Circuit (The sample group for the in-development Project Kuhn) together in what was billed by the organizers as "The ultimate combat blowout." The invited fighters joined for their own personal reasons, for glory and exposure, the grand prize, to investigate, to challenge themselves, by orders, and some, by the happenstance that saw them somehow get invited at all.
