Tonight I got to compete in my first bodybuilding show, The Open Natural 🤘
I also had the incredible honor of sharing the stage with my beloved wife, Michelle, in both novice and open of the Women's Bodybuilding division💕💕💕💕💕
This has been an incredible experience for me. But I won't sugarcoat it, it's also been a very hard and stressful prep. I had more struggles with my mental health than I'd like to admit, but I'm not going to lie about it. It's the hard truth. Being in prep for something like this is hard on anyone, even the pros.
That's why I've decided that I'm going to train in the gym and in my brain for at least the next two years. Grow in size and heal my mind.🏆
Thank you to, Laura, for being such an incredible coach. You've been by our sides (especially Michelle's) since we met you and you are by far one of our biggest supporters. With you guiding us and leading the way, we'll be larger than life 💕
The love of my life (on the far left) had a bodybuilding competition this past Saturday at The Open Natural Bodybuilding Championship. She competed in Women’s Bikini and Women’s Figure.
She came in 2nd in the Bikini division, BUT she won 1st in Figure, AND 1st Overall Champion!! This video shows her doing a pose off with the other competitors and her winning Overall!! She worked so fucking hard and trained nonstop; I’m so unbelievably proud of her. She has such a bright future ahead of her, even the judges said so to her and I😭💕💕💕💕
