I’m lucky that I still had some gift cards on Amazon to use for supplements for figure prep. I already had the RunEverythingLabs whey and STW pre-workout thanks to @squatever  ‘s discount code, but used part of the gift card for some BCAAs, creatine, glutamine, Amino Energy (not pictured) and MuscleFeast highly branched cyclic dextrin.

Doing this the right way. Gonna build all the muscle and go into my first contest to place, not just compete.

On day three of my figure competition off-season prep and despite now eating around 600 more calories than I had been, I’m down several pounds. These workouts are no joke. I feel stuffed with so much more food the past two days, but still woke up very hungry this morning, so it’s easy to tell the weights and programming are challenging. 

Yesterday was my first form of leg day and jfc my legs are sore today.

Smith Machine One Leg Stationary Lunge 4 x 1

Leg Press 4 x 12

Kettlebell Sumo Squats 4 x 12

Smith Machine Hip Thrusts 4 x12

Box Jumps 3 rounds 1 min

Paratroops 3 rounds 1 min

30 Burpees

Jump Squats 3 rounds 1 min
