FilterGrid Applies a Geometric Patchwork of Filters to Your Photos
FilterGrid on the App Store Polished-looking (and as-yet untested by me) filter app for the iPhone that splits your photo into segments so you can apply different filters to each part. The filters looks largely based on color shifts to give contest between the sections, and there are lots of "splicing" templates, from geometric shapes to lettering. Free, iPhone-only, and a genuinely new take on filters (unless this is a clone of an existing app, I guess).
