I got deep into miniature making these past few months, then the need to add characters in there made me play with fimo again and that launched me into another bead embroidery pendants/brooches project in the last few weeks. I'm always going round and round through different ways of making stuff, just adding to the repertoire, I guess.
I made those cool skull cabochons from molds with fimo and various markers (and a few coatings of matte varnish), and suddenly was gripped by the urge to make some gothic pendants xD
So here we are again xD
It was a bit wild because that color scheme is pretty much something I used very early on when i started beading, more than a decade ago. I undid an old sample bracelet to get the starter base beads for the color scheme. I also thought that doing the same color scheme for all 4 would help me go faster, which I guess it did. I also used some acrylic matte beads that I painted the right colors with markers and then clear-coated. That works pretty well :b I'm plotting another set in these colors with less flowers. But next set is going to be purples and autumn colors.
