#finally an open

     𝐎𝐏𝐄𝐍 𝐒𝐓𝐀𝐑𝐓𝐄𝐑    /    teddy  usually  wasn't  impatient.  however:  this  matter  was  more  pressing  than  usual.  some  kind  of  special  sale  at  the  mall  —  he  wasn't  sure  on  the  specifics,  for  once,  except  for  the  details  of  the  comic  book  store's  own  sale.  fifty  percent  off  here,  twenty  off  there,  buy  one  get  one  free  ...  but  the  line  wrapping  around  the  parking  lot  of  the  mall  seemed  to  be  slow  moving.  if  moving  at  all.  he  was  antsy,  and  bored,  and  a  little  anxious  at  such  a  large  crowd.  when  the  line  lurches  forward,  barely,  just  barely,  he  steps  slightly  too  far  ahead,  almost  in  front  of  someone  else.  he  quickly  steps  back  again,  an  apology  already  forming.    ❛     sorry !  sorry  —  i,  uh,  i  d-didn't  mean  to  cut,  or  anything.    ❜

Open: Painting has Pain for a reason

Franz had always admired his brothers skill with painting, he wanted to know what happens inside Forde’s head that gives him all his ideas, Forde had even began to paint during a battle at one point. Why? Who knew...

So Franz decided to try his hand at painting, if Forde can do it, it can’t be that hard. Can it?

First, Franz gathered the needed materials into his tent. Colors, canvas, paint brush, what painters usually used. (Franz isn’t knowledgeable in the subject, unfortunately)

He sat down on a chair, using the field in-front of him as a reference. “Forde told me to visualize the image in my mind as I paint...can’t be too hard...” Franz picked up the brush and began painting, starting with the grass. 

After some time, he began to feel tired, and so utilized the exercises Seth had taught him, before he realized he kicked away the chair. He went over to place it on it’s rightful place, before hearing someone approach him from behind. 

“Oh! I, um...” He had hoped it wasn’t someone he looked up to, this was rather embarrassing for him...
