I also created the ending clips as a separate video in Photoshop. I again used different layers so I could edit separate parts. Once I had this how I wanted it, I exported it as a video and then added it to the other video in iMovie creating the finished product.
After I had finished rotoscoping my video in photoshop, I then exported and rendered the video. Once that was done and saved I brought the video into iMovie where I could match the audio track to the video. I made them the same then and altered the audio to suit the final video. In the end they matched well.
I drew around the separate parts of the shoe which needed to be rotoscoped in different colours. I then painted these sections in using the brush tool. For the Nike Swoosh I used the pen tool to get a good shape around the logo and then turned that into a selection so I could add the colour to it.
