blog(w3 finals)
After such a lengthy vacation, or should I say after the wellness week, there is a lot of work to be done, not only on one subject, but also on the other subjects, as exams are fast approaching. With these many plenary sessions I've missed, I only grasped the statistics in the market size of our product that we are presently developing after viewing the recorded video discussions. Having thought about our market size and watching the business model canvas, I got a sense of what our business model canvas could look like. I also learned what the business model canvas is all about, which is a graphical representation of a company model that highlights all major strategic elements. In other words, it is a general, inclusive, and comprehensive picture of the company's operations, clients, income sources, and so on. And also, I get to identify and communicate the nine key elements of a business model: Customer Segments, Value Proposition, Channels, Customer Relationships, Key Resources, Key Activities, Key Partners, Revenue Streams, and Cost Structure.
Having the opportunity to watch and learn from the video discussion, I realized that it is not simple to develop your own company or create your own products since there are many factors to consider before doing such things.
