Kind of came up with an OC.
You know this one iconic suit from Fallout, the Chinese Stealth Armor? She's that, but an android, and shark.
Her name is Finchi, which stands for "fine China". Herself though she might have some kind of Chinese project/serial number name, as "Finchi" is just what she's going by.
Conceptually I think she absolutely fucks. -> Vague lore, allows for fanfiction and interpretation. -> Could come in any gender variety, just morph and boom: male!Finchi and anything else whatnot. -> Due to the mere nature of her being stealthy and aquatic in a world ripe for sneakers and with very little sea exploration, her absence from Fallout canon can be easily explained by "was not noticed".
Finchi is free public domain! I am the author, but I would hate myself if I claimed her all for myself given I am far from fulfilling this girl's potential - And she has lots.
Feel free to draw her, her refs, sculpt 3D models and whatnot without assuming authorship over the character.
