Ah, the weather today is Bone Hurtin’
#SpoonieChristmasChallenge Day 4 - Guilty Pleasure Day 5 - Favorite Hydration Salt, salt, salt - I've been eating salty chips and drinking about 2-3 bottles of Powerade everyday to make sure I'm getting enough salt into me. The Powerade isn't my favorite means for hydration, I'd rather just drink water because the sugar is making me so constipated! I guess I gotta choose the lesser of two evils! Tomorrow I go and get my blood drawn, hopefully it doesn't snow overnight so the roads won't be bad, then Thursday is my Cardiologist appointment, I'm nervous and excited at the same time, I'm nervous because new doctor and potentially new diagnosis, I'm excited because i can hopefully get some help and start to feel better plus it might possibly confirm my suspicions of having POTS. •• The past two days I spent working on videos for YouTube, I've gotten all my scripts I wanted done and I edited and uploaded two videos that are ready to go public! I'm hoping I feel good enough to film tomorrow or Wednesday!! I hope everyone is well! 💚💚 #salt #POTS #ChronicLymeDisease #ChronicFatigueSyndrome #Finromyalgia #chronicillness #ChronicallyIll #InvisibleIllness #Spoonie #Disabled #ChronicPain #YouTuber #myphotos

So I'm in so much pain I might throw up
Which would be a new thing.
Thanks to a recent Buzzfeed article I discovered that there is an entire online community for people with chronic illnesses know as spoonies. I don't know how I've gone the past six years not knowing this and am so happy to find people that actually understand what I'm going through.
Things are going
It has been a crazy weekend! The good news is that a major event I was running is now over (Woohoo!). Minus a projector issue, thankfully all went smooth. Nothing worse than a few hours before an event…hoping and praying all will go well. I have found I do truly enjoy the logistics behind these sorts of major projects. Stressful…yes but fun!
I am having a blast in my Mary Kay business! I am…
