I think made some decent progress on my first cycle. Nothing crazy, but I think this back shot shows it off quite well. I’m working hard to channel those Peter Molnar proportions

This was taken about 3 weeks after the last injection of my first cycle.
I look at this pic now and on the one hand, I see how much my body improved. On the other, it makes me want to push harder and further than ever.
Can’t wait to feel that pin sliding into my glute once again...

Quick update to show the ongoing results of my first cycle (400mg of test c per week). I haven’t seen explosive growth by any means, but I can see some quality mass has definitely been added with (hopefully) minimal water weight and body fat.
Nearing the end of this cycle now, but I can already tell my future will be highly anabolic. Currently thinking of round two for February 2019...
Any suggestions guys for what compound(s) you’d like to see me try next...?

Day 1 Report
Well the 1st day went well continuing as normal from the first cycle.
The 4 golden rules were followed.
The weight exercises and walking was done. Increased my walking to 2500 steps. Tomorrow my weight exercises will go by one repetition to 19.
One positive thing I noticed how my life has changed following this program. It is more than a weight loss program . It is a life changing program to a more successful you.
Tomorrow I am looking forward going out with Christine and voting
