First Food + is the re-released version with 3 extra tracks from the MISTY single (Tracks 7, 8 & 9). Slowly life is one of my favourite songs that she ever did.

A LUNCH is a band that Amano Tsukiko (credited as  天○○子) formed with  クーロン and やっすん83 (Kuuron & Yassun83), both of whom were in Evita Temptations, who were another Otokura Records group. A LUNCH were only active in 2007.
