Mainiyan Samman Yojana: झारखंड मुख्यमंत्री मंईयां सम्मान योजना (जेएमएमएसवाई) को लेकर राज्य में काफी उत्साह है। मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत सोरेन ने कहा कि जेएमएमएसवाई योजना को लेकर काफी उत्साहजनक खबर है। उन्होंने कहा कि रविवार को सुबह 11 बजे तक 22 लाख से अधिक बहनों ने सफलतापूर्वक फॉर्म भरा है। मेनिया सम्मान योजना को लेकर रविवार को प्रज्ञा केंद्रों में भी महिलाओं की भीड़ देखी गई।

i used to not remember my dreams. there was always lingering emotions, sure, but never anything that held any effect in my daily life. nothing like this.

केंद्र सरकार के पंचायती राज मंत्रालय ने ग्रामीण निकायों को 15वें वित्त आयोग के अनुदान की पहली किस्त जारी कर दी है. पंचायती राज मंत्री नरेंद्र सिंह तोमर ने कहा है कि 15,187.50 करोड़ रुपये की किस्त दे दी गई है. इतनी ही राशि की अगली किस्त शीघ्र दी जाएगी.

तोमर ने कहा है कि वित्त वर्ष 2020-21 में अब तक के सर्वाधिक 60,750 करोड़ रुपये मिलेंगे. केंद्र सरकार की सिफारिश पर पहली बार पूर्वोत्तर की परंपरागत इकाइयों को भी अनुदान दिया जाएगा.
उन्होंने कहा कि स्वच्छता, खुले में शौच मुक्त स्थिति बनाए रखने व पेयजल, वर्षा-जल संचयन पर जोर रहेगा. पहली बार ग्राम पंचायतों के साथ ही ब्लॉक पंचायतों व जिला पंचायतों को भी अनुदान दिया जाएगा. कोविड-19 संकट के दौर में अभी प्रवासी मजदूरों को लाभकारी रोजगार मुख्य उद्देश्य है.

I decided to expand my arcana cleric’s backstory a bit since I was awarded 3 feats from it (fey teleportation, linguist, and lucky). For context, the survival campaign we’re playing is based on the anime Made in Abyss. This’ll end up being posted in at least 3 more parts. Probably 4 to 6. Anyways, here’s part 1:
Arkin grew up in the abyss-edged city of Dorrbeach at the inn his family owned. The End-Over Inn was converted from the back half of a failed larger airship that crashed on the site of his family's original property, the Clear Skies Café. At the time of the crash, Arkin's father was doing early morning prep in the café while he and his mother were at the market collecting supplies. Arkin was raised by his mother and her sister from the age of 5.
The mage's guild investigation revealed that one of the wizards working on the airship over-engineered attachment points between the flight apparatus and the hull, resulting in it detaching from the ship completely. The mage's guild paid for his father's burial and the conversion of the ship's mostly intact remains into a stable structure. This and the tragedy of his father's death spurned Arkin into the study of magic and healing, as he vowed to make sure no thoughtless wizard ruined anyone else's family again with their lack of foresight. Thus he was set down the path of the arcane cleric instead of that of the wizard or the arcanist.
Arkin got a job at the mage's guild as what would effectively be a safety inspector at the age of 17 (one of the oversight positions created after the airship accident). As a cleric of Boccob, it was his job to look over apparatus plans and ask questions about things in the designs to help ensure fewer things were overlooked. Usually being one of the ones to bring up the question of 'should we' when the researchers were too focused on 'can we'. Sometimes arguments were had, occasionally enemies were made, but the guild-head usually helped iron things out.
Other aspects of Arkin's job were to assist with projects and to be on stand-by in the event immediate medical attention was needed when things did go wrong. Despite his readiness with his own shield and casting Shield of Faith on the researchers, nothing could have prepared him for the magical mishap that sent him to Zendikar.
Arkin found himself near the middle of the continent of Sejiri, home of humans and merfolk. Arkin soon realized how accustomed the people of Dorrbeach had gotten to the odd appearances of the local Aasimar, including that of his own unusual silvery skin. He soon became painfully aware that wherever he went, all eyes were usually on him. Though, this did admittedly have its advantages. After asking him many many questions, the merfolk scholars of Sejiri were ultimately of little help. Fortunately, a goblin of the Tuktuk tribe happened to be working in the southern coast of Sejiri at the time. Being that it was a goblin’s wild magic missfire that sent him to Zendikar in the first place, Arkin chose to follow her. The goblins of the mage guild were usually the first to jump at the chance to study dangerous magic.
While they sailed south to Akoum, Qalnal taught Arkin basic goblin in exchange for him teaching her basic Draconic. How similar the two would be across planes, neither knew. But it was a way to pass the time. Along with playing the gusli, which Arkin also taught her the basics of playing. Though, she was more excited by the prospects of learning how to make a rozhok (a wooden trumpet).
While they traveled to the heart of Akoum, changing caravans as needed. For a time, they traveled with the famous giant caravan of Goma Fada. Arkin had finally acquired the right wood and showed Qalnal how to make and play the rozhok. The reactions of those traveling around them were mixed, but Arkin’s gamble paid off and he got a bit more privacy from the humans they traveled with. When they got to the fire steps, they departed from the caravan and were soon captured. As intended.
The fire step goblins were all too exited at the prospect of learning how to plane shift. Terrorizing local territories was one thing, but the idea of conquering another realm? They were all too eager to help. Though, much too almost everyone’s surprise, it was a slave from the Grotag tribe and a captured human wizard who were the most help with figuring out the process. Arkin and Qalnal said their goodbyes, each of them being somewhat surprised by the bond of friendship they had formed.
Being that it was goblin magic, only Arkin arrived in Dorrbeach. Boccob only knew where the members of the goblin raiding party had ended up, and Arkin didn’t particularly care. His year-and-a-half in Zendikar was over and he could return to his duties. His particular position had been filled in his absence, but a similar post soon became available thanks to a mistimed delayed fireball. Life eventually returned to its somewhat chaotic normal for Arkin, though now he and Qalnal used the Sending spell to communicate fairly regularly.
