Beginning prompt of a tickle fic- DNL-DNR

“ — I’m not sadistic, I just like making you suffer.”
He casually stated, looking at the green-haired boy as if everything had been normal and he wasn’t hovering a clawed hand over the other’s stomach.
Neither were sure of how exactly it had devolved into this-
Izuku pinned on the other’s bed with his wrists encased in one of Hitoshi’s. A nervous grin tugged at the corners of his mouth as he squirmed, trying to avoid the hovering claw that ghosted above the freckled skin.
Hitoshi grinned, watching the other squirm beneath his hand that just hovered over the bare skin. He could hear the anticipated giggled already leave much to his chagrin, as Hitoshi brought his hand towards his hips instead. They were supposed to be studying, their textbooks pushed to the edge of the bed instead from the small scuffle between the two boys.
“-Toshi..” Izuku pouted slightly,looking at him as he squirmed, goosebumps rising against his skin.
“Hm?” The purple-haired fiend raised his eyebrow, resting his hand against the other’s side, “Do you want me to tickle you?”
