What's your morning routine? A successful morning routine can mean the difference between a day of productivity and a day of wasted time. I've been practicing my pre-workout routine for years, and it has helped me become more productive in every area of life. So, if you are a beginner, try doing this everyday: 1. Set your clock in 5-7 minute increments 2. Read or listen to (bible or inspirational book) for 5 minutes, journal for 5 minutes, and pray for 5 minutes You will be amazed at how 5 min can turn into 10, 20, etc. or just keep you on track to get all three in each morning.
