Artemis Fowl has been my favorite series since I was a kid. If we're talking manga... D.Gray-man, Full Metal Alchemist, and Noragami are my top three!

I can't seem to hold more than one hobby at a time due to how draining my job is, but I do like to play video games. Calligraphy is fun. other than that... not really!

Ling didn't feel the need to be on edge over the fact the kid could tell he was from Xing. It wasn't as if he went out of his way to hide it. He was proud of it. Still, that energy was bothering him. He'd have to deal with it later or find a way to call the kid out on it indirectly.

"That's right. My name is Ling Yao." He would've added that he was a prince, but something told him not to and he wasn't ignoring his instinct this time. "Who are you? What is a small child like yourself doing out alone?"

Spinel made a soft hum of acknowledgment and a bit of confusion when he said he was just fine. She had no way to tell, but he didn't look any older than...maybe 7? Definitely not old enough to be alone outside.

"A street performer? What makes you say that?"

He's looking the object in his hands over with raised brows and curiosity in his face.

"Lelu?" He mumbles to himself as he stares at it. He thinks he's seen something like this before.... On Earth... In ...Japan? He doesn't remember well enough to say for sure so he can't really say what it is.

Most of the time these strangers give him odd food but this certainly isn't that so it must be something human child play with. He guesses.

"Ah... Thank you for this but I - I must admit I have never seen anything like this before in my life.... So please do not think me rude but... What is it?"
