Buying a home can be a major financial challenge but it is one of the biggest dreams and has always been at the top of our wish list. We cannot deny the fact that we always plan to buy our own home and imagine spending our lives there. Few people even call it a biological urge based on the desire of having your own nest. No matter, what the current economic condition of the country is or what programs are being offered by the banks and financial institutions – the desire of owning a home does not change. Pakistan real estate experts believe home ownership dream is unlikely to change even 30 years from now.
